The Houston Environmental Center, 3015 Richmond, has one office suite available for immediate occupancy. The space is 780 square feet. Rent is $828.75 per month. There are two offices in the suite that are each 9 x 14, a large storage area that is 6 x 28, and a front office that is 18 x 14. The space will be repainted before occupancy. DSL service is available for $10 per month. The co-tenants are all nonprofits with environmental aspects to their work, making the Center a very congenial environment. The Center has a small conference room, a large meeting room, and a kitchen available for tenants’ use.
