GULF COAST GREEN SYMPOSIUM 2006

The American Institute of Architects will hold its Gulf Coast Green Symposium at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Wednesday to Friday, Sept 27 – 29. This event will explore sustainable or green buildings in the Gulf Coast region. There will be four educational tracks: commercial, residential, green tools, and healthcare. Keynoters are Bob Berkabile, BNIM Architects (Kansas City), and Robin Guenther, Guenther 5 Architects (New York City). There will also be a fascinating array of presentations, a green building expo, tours of local green buildings, a student exhibition, and workshops.
