WATERSHED COORDINATOR FOR LOWER GALVESTON BAY

Texas Sea Grant/Texas Cooperative Extension is seeking a coordinator for work in the Lower Galveston Bay watershed in Texas. The watershed coordinator will encourage local communities to develop watershed protection plans and serve as a resource to organizing and planning for the entire watershed. Some knowledge of natural resource management is expected, but we welcome experience in all relevant fields, in particular community development and urban and regional planning. Public speaking ability, writing and editing skills, and ability to develop and carry out educational programs are required. For more information, contact John Jacob at jjacob@tamu.edu.
