2006 SYNERGY AWARD NOMINATIONS

Each year, the CEC acknowledges individuals and groups who are working hard to make a difference in the Houston area with Synergy Awards. The awards are given to recognize cooperative action, where the total effect is greater than what each participant would have achieved independently. We are seeking nominations in the categories of: conservation, community activism, corporate awareness, environmental education, media, government, sustainable planning, and lifetime achievement. This year, we’re introducing a student award to recognizing outstanding environmental achievement by primary and secondary students.
