Be a survivor among early Texas settlers and win a land grant from Stephen F. Austin in this one-day camp in the park’s Redbud Hill Homestead. Kids join together in “families” for a journey to Texas, learning lots of living history on the way. Using props, games, and hands-on activities, they will buy, barter and trade with each other to supply the necessities of pioneer living. Ages 7-12. Reservations required beginning Wednesday, June 20. Free.
