Robert Kidd is a second year student at McGill University in Montreal where he is studying microbiology and immunology with a minor in mathematics. Returning to the Houston heat he had once taken for granted, Robert is excited to begin working with the CEC as a summer intern.
In his freetime, Robert is a voracious reader and listener of podcasts, especially those about science, technology, and history. He also enjoys running, hiking, camping, and cooking.
Robert is extremely interested in the biological sciences and their applications to the environment and environmental policy and would like to use his experience at the CEC to pursue a career in research and environmental policy.
