WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT GLOBAL WARMING?

The Houston Climate Protection Alliance is hosting a free “Global Warming Café” from 9 am to noon on Saturday, April 14, at Covenant Lutheran Church, 3785 Barker Cypress Rd. The intention of the workshop is to help others begin to live more sustainable lifestyles. Participants will engage in conversations about global warming, and then will be introduced to carbon-reduction tools and strategies to mobilize the community to reduce its CO2 footprint 20 percent by 2010.
