Description: The Texas General Land Office is proud to announce the second annual Texas Coastal Expo, a free family event promoting the economic and environmental importance of our beautiful Texas coast. The event will
be held on Saturday, June 18th, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on the grounds
of Moody Gardens in Galveston. This year*s Galveston event expects attendance of 10,000 – 15,000 residents and tourists. The event will
highlight the Texas coastal experience through hands-on educational exhibits, demonstrations, wildlife shows, and recreational activities. A variety of exhibitors will host booths focusing on coastal education, coastal conservation, coastal recreation, and renewable energy.
