Consent Agenda Items
Agenda Item 4 payment of $1 M to the Harris Galveston Subsidence District for groundwater withdrawal permit fees.
Agenda Item 10 is an ordinance denying Entergy Texas Incs statement of intent and application for approval of two voluntary renewable option tariffs.
Agenda Item 17 is an agreement for professional planning services with Reinvestment Fund Inc to provide Hurricane Harvey Community Development Block Grant.
Agenda Item 23 are Emergency Generator Projects through the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP).
Agenda Item 24 is a grant application to the Texas Division of Emergency Management for wastewater facility emergency generator projects.
Agenda Item 25 consents to the addition of 10.27 acres of land to Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 159, for inclusion in the district.
