Cecil goes to Earth Day Houston
Cecil is a young environmentalist who’s goal is to connect the local Houston community. In doing so Cecil is spreading the word that there is an event on Sunday April 14th, 2019 where Citizens’ Environmental Coalition’s second year partnering with Discovery Green to host Earth Day Houston. Cecil also is portrayed by Citizens’ Environmental Coalition’s very own digital Media Intern Dan Phan
