Description: Have you ever wondered what types of trees are growing in your backyard or at the Arboretum? In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn how to quickly study leaves and use field guides to identify 30 tree species native or naturalized to the Houston area.
No prior botany knowledge required. Bring a small leaf-covered tree branch from home for identification. Recommended field guides will be available for sale in the Nature Shop.
