Description: Join us for a family friendly night hike! Come learn about the animals
that are out and about in Russ Pitman Park once the sun goes down. Bring your family
and join us for a guided night walk through the park. These night “hikes” are
perfect for adults and children ages 4 and up.

Our night walks begin at the Nature Discovery Center with a short program followed
by a guided exploration through the park.

September 23, 7:30 pm: Bugs
Join us to search the park for night time bugs. We will try a variety of techniques:
back lighting & black lighting, log rolling and more.

Cost: $5/person
Reservations required. Visit www.naturediscoverycenter.org/night-hike to sign up.

Bring: Mosquito repellant and a flashlight (for adult use ONLY).

We will meet on the front porch before our walk through the park. Just drop in!
