Description: The speaker for October is Laurie Lomas, biologist at the Trinity River
National Wildlife Refuge. Laurie participated this summer and fall in the
BP Oil spill recovery project and her presentation is titled: Clean-up,
reconnaissance, recovery, and resilience.

Guests and visitors are always welcome. If you have a backyard bird feeder
or have an interest in birds and nature, the Lower Trinity Valley Bird Club
is a great opportunity to learn more about birds, meet fascinating people,
and take part in birding/nature activities.
