Description: Visitors ages 10 and older are invited to Jones Park for a guided bird walk to seek out some of the migrating and resident birds in the park this spring. Jones Park will have a bird filled weekend on Saturday and Sunday, April 24 and 25. Saturday, birders can come out for a Bird Blitz and try and catch a glimpse of some migrating birds and some of the native birds found throughout the park. Reservations are required and may be made beginning Wednesday, April 14.
