Houston Tomorrow presents Stella Chao.

Houston Tomorrow’s Distinguished Speaker Series continues with a talk by Stella Chao, the Director of Neighborhoods (DON) for the City of Seattle. Her department has worked to bring government closer to city residents through education and support as well as providing a central role of these citizens in planning for the growth of their communities.
