OFFICE SPACE AVAILABLE IN HOUSTON ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER

The Houston Environmental Center, 3015 Richmond, has space available for immediate occupancy. We have two office suites, each with two offices and a reception area. One space has 613 square feet and the other has 780. Rent is $11.85 per square foot. The co-tenants are all nonprofits with environmental aspects to their work, making the Center a very congenial environment. There is a small conference room, a large meeting room, and a kitchen available for tenants’ use. The office is adjacent to Levy Park and a community garden, and near Greenway Plaza.
