The CEC is a collection of well over 100 organizations representing tens of thousands of individuals working to make Houston a better place to live. Our primary programs are our web site, our weekly Environmental News Update, a comprehensive web calendar of environmental opportunities, the Greater Houston Environmental Summit, and our annual Environmental Resource Guide. Our activities are made possible through the financial and in-kind contributions of foundations, businesses, and concerned individuals. In addition to helping to connect our environmental community, member receive a variety of benefits.

- Organizational Membership. Nonprofit organizations can benefit from membership in the CEC and participate in the Houston region’s environmental community. Find out more! Waivers are available for small and all-volunteer organizations.
- Individual Membership. Our Environmental Associate members are eligible for a variety of perquisites–and play a critical role in sustaining our programs and operations. Become a member!
