TINY is a documentary about home, and how we find it.

The film follows one couple’s attempt to build a “tiny house” from scratch, and profiles other families who have downsized their lives into homes smaller than the average parking space.

Through homes stripped down to their essentials, the film raises questions about good design, the nature of home, and the changing American Dream.

A trailer for the film can be found at the documentary’s website: http://tiny-themovie.com/.

Following the film we will have a panel panel discussion with local tiny house enthusiasts to discuss the tiny house movement in Houston.

The venue for the Houston Green Film Series is the Rice Media Center, 2030 University Blvd, near Stockton and University.

Doors open at 6:30pm for conversation, networking, and a light meal. The screening starts at 7:00pm, and the panel discussion follows.

A light dinner will be served, courtesy of Dr. Pat Speck and Dry Bones Cafe. The film is free to the public, though donations are suggested and kindly appreciated.
