The Student Conservation Association is seeking candidates for the Houston Community Partnerships and Engagement program (HCP&E) Environmental Education and Multimedia internship program. Among other duties, interns will conduct environmental education programs and activities for youth aged K-12 residing at Ronald McDonald House or living in environmental justice communities in the Houston region; assist in the development of educational programs and activities on topics such as wildlife, migratory species, habitat, pollinators, and nature in the Houston metropolitan area; and assist with and present programs for Virtually Wild!Texas, a virtual program conducted in the field to share nature with youth who may not have the opportunity to get outdoors.
