The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality consider the following agenda items at the agenda meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 28, 2021, which can be viewed virtually starting at 9:30 AM. The Commission will review petitions for enforcement actions and permit considerations; as well as Agreed and Default Orders on issues regarding hazardous waste, waste disposal, water discharge, water supply, water quality, and air quality (among others). Public comments on any matters within the jurisdiction of the TCEQ will also be allowed. The Office of the Chief Clerk for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will host a public hearing on Thursday, July 29, 2021 on Building Materials Investment Corporation’s proposed renewal of permit authorizing operation of plant in Dallas County. The public will be allowed to either participate in, or observe, the hearing virtually. The hearing will begin at 7:00 PM.
The Office of the Chief Clerk for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will host a public hearing on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 on Ingram Readymix No. 10, LLC’s proposed Air Quality Standard Permit for a permanent concrete batch plant with enhanced controls. The public will be allowed to either participate in, or observe, the hearing at Hill Country Youth Event Center, 3785 TX-27, Kerrville, TX 78028. The hearing will begin at 6:00 PM.

The public will be allowed to either participate in, or observe, the hearing virtually. The hearing will begin at 7:00 PM.

The public will be allowed to either participate in, or observe, the hearing virtually. The hearing will begin at 7:00 PM.
The Office of the Chief Clerk for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will host a public hearing on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 on Five Star Concrete, Inc.’s proposed Air Quality Standard Permit for a permanent concrete batch plant with enhanced controls in Hutto, Williamson County, Texas. The public will be allowed to either participate in, or observe, the hearing at Hampton Inn & Suites, 327 Ed Schmidt Blvd., Hutto, TX 78634. The hearing will begin at 6:00 PM.
The Office of the Chief Clerk for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will host a public hearing on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 on CRM On-Site, LLC’s proposed Air Quality Standard Permit for a permanent concrete batch plant with enhanced controls in Winnie, Chambers County. The public will be allowed to either participate in, or observe virtually. The hearing will begin at 6:00 PM.
Texas Trustees Holding Annual Public Meeting December 1
The Texas Trustee Implementation Group will hold its annual public meeting via a webinar on December 1, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. CT. During the meeting, They will present an update on Texas Restoration Area plans, projects, and activities. They will provide opportunities for attendees to submit questions as part of the webinar registration process, and during the Webinar via chat. The webinar is open to everyone, and they encourage your attendance and participation.
