TWRC Wildlife Center seeks Summer Interns

HHS TWRC Wildlife Center in Houston, TX would like to invite college students and aspiring professionals in the Zoology, Wildlife Biology, and Pre-Vet fields to apply to our onsite internship opportunities for the Summer. Our internship roles are interactive and overseen by our trained staff. We have openings for the paid Wildlife Intern position this summer.
HHS TWRC Interns will be exposed to our rehabilitation, education, and animal care as well as assist with our daily operations and special events. Wildlife Interns will gain hands-on experience with small mammals and birds. Our interns work directly with opossums, eastern grey squirrels, fox squirrels, and a large variety of songbirds. Come join us and learn about our mission to promote environmental conservation through public education and the rehabilitation of Texas wildlife.
Our Summer Internship Term runs from May to August, and we are accepting applications from now through April 15. For additional information on our internship program, please visit the following link on our website.
