The Armand Bayou Nature Center is seeking EcoCamp counselors (over age 18) and teen volunteers (14-17) for summer EcoCamp 2021.

Desired qualifications::

• 18 years old or older and able to work in the USA (I-9 verification and criminal background check) Current resume/CV References upon request 
• Prior experience and enjoyment working with children and being in the outdoors
• Able to closely follow safety proceduresComfortable and confident instructing children ages 4-13
• Willing to learn and grow through constructive feedback, in a timely manner
• Be flexible and adjust to changes quicklyAble to work as a teamDependability
• Have the ability to handle concerns and issues in a constructive mannerCommunicate effectively with team, staff, volunteers and parents
• CPR and First Aid/ Lifeguard certification preferred but not required
