Texas Land Trust Council seeks Agricultural Conservation Easement Program Coordinator

The Texas Land Trust Council (TLTC) is seeking to fill a unique position within the Texas land conservation community working in partnership with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to advance land conservation projects under the USDA Farm Bill conservation programs, specifically the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP). This position will serve to enhance the capacity for Texas land trusts to better utilize ACEP, working to advance and expand opportunities for land trusts to apply for grants to purchase conservation easements on important agricultural and natural resource lands in Texas. The position will also provide technical expertise, as well as application and implementation support for approved ACEP projects, working in partnership with TLTC and with our colleagues at the NRCS office in Temple, Texas.
