Native Plants for Woodland Gardens

Houston’s woodlands are full of amazing native plants that will suit any garden from full sun to full shade. Learn which of these beautiful and hardy species will work for your space, where to look for them, and how to care for them. As a bonus, you’ll learn about plants that will attract bees, butterflies, and birds with nectar, seeds, and fruit. After the lecture, enjoy a 30-45 minute walk in our woods to see native plants at their best.
