TCEQ Agenda Meeting: Meeting Time will be on Aug 8, 2018. Agenda items include:

  • Item 6: Agreed Order assessing administrative penalties and requiring certain actions of Houston Refining LP in Harris County for air quality violations. The total penalty assessed is $84,188.
  • Item 7: Agreed Order assessing administrative penalties and requiring certain actions of Shell Oil Company in Harris County for air quality violations. The total penalty assessed is $13,125.
  • Item 8: Agreed Order assessing administrative penalties against Solutia Inc. in Brazoria County for air quality violations.The total penalty assessed is $9,682.
  • Item 10:Agreed Order assessing administrative penalties and requiring certain actions of TEXAS BARGE & BOAT, INC. in Brazoria County for water quality violations. The total penalty assessed is $20,700.

  • Item 47: The Commission will receive comments from the public on any matters within the jurisdiction of the TCEQ in accordance with Texas Water Code Section 5.112, with some exceptions. In the interest of time, speakers will be limited to three minutes each, with the total time for public comment limited to one hour. Please note that the Commission’s discussion of subjects for which public notice has not been given are limited to statements of specific factual responses and recitation of existing policy.
